Partner with stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements, translate needs into system specifications and process flows, support developers and testers through delivery, validate requirements and test cases, assist UAT and production readiness, triage defects and change requests, and maintain system and process documentation while liaising across business, technology, and operations.

Implement cloud-based multi-tier solutions using Java/Python, write unit and automation tests, participate in code reviews, triage production issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable financial data services.

Serve as a senior first-line risk advisor for European Investment Services, overseeing regulatory, operational and digital asset risks. Lead RCSA and control assessments, drive remediation, advise on product development and strategic initiatives, engage with regulators, and embed risk management and governance across EMEA while promoting adoption of AI and technology in risk processes.

Oversee day-to-day mutual fund transfer agency and intermediary operations, manage transfer agent relationships, review intermediary payments and contracts, prepare board reporting, support client service, ensure governance and controls, and drive process improvements and audit readiness.

Support global Alpha data operations to ensure timely, high-quality data delivery. Monitor metrics, perform root-cause analysis, support testing and post-production transitions, collaborate with implementation, service management and IT, and contribute to product enhancements and process automation.

Lead production support, incident and problem management for critical cash and payment systems. Drive resiliency, legacy modernization (ISO 20022), disaster recovery, migrations and automation. Monitor payment cycles, troubleshoot failed transactions, run SQL-based analysis, enforce ITIL processes, and deliver dashboards and leadership updates. Coordinate cross-functional go-lives and manage on-call/weekend coverage for high-impact events.
