Who We Are Looking For
As a Collateral Management Officer, you will partner with global Centers of Excellence, Client Middle Office teams, Joint Venture operations teams, and client contacts to support collateral management activities for assigned clients and portfolios. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of collateral operations across Bilateral OTC, Repo, and Regulatory Initial Margin products, including margin call management, dispute resolution, collateral allocation, and settlement.
You will serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, driving operational excellence, process improvement, risk management, and strategic initiatives, including the migration of Ireland-based clients to Collateral+.
What You Will Be Responsible For
As a Collateral Management Officer, you will:
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external clients, providing operational support and resolving collateral management inquiries.
Coordinate daily team activities, issue resolution, and escalation management.
Support the migration of Ireland-based clients to Collateral+, ensuring a smooth transition and operational readiness.
Drive operational efficiencies through process improvements, automation opportunities, and the adoption of AI-enabled solutions.
Develop expertise across collateral management platforms and support knowledge sharing within the team.
Implement and maintain robust controls, procedures, and risk management practices.
Support client-specific service requirements by understanding client operating models and enhancing service delivery.
Review and validate collateral activity, balances, and data to ensure accuracy and control compliance.
Analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
Build strong relationships with clients and internal partners to ensure timely resolution of operational matters.
