As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide expert support for SOTI products, troubleshooting customer issues and ensuring high-quality service, while engaging with mobile technology solutions.

Manage and grow strategic, high-value enterprise accounts for SOTI's mobility platform. Lead complex full-cycle sales, negotiate commercial terms, collaborate with partners and internal teams, present territory plans, drive new logo acquisition, and represent SOTI at industry events to deliver revenue growth and high retention.

Design, build, and deliver scalable frontend and backend features using languages like C#, JavaScript, Kotlin, and Swift. Work in Agile/Scrum, maintain quality standards, research unfamiliar codebases, and propose innovative solutions while operating with minimal supervision.

Lead global sales reporting and analytics: build and maintain forecasts, dashboards, KPI tracking, variance and funnel analysis. Manage Power BI and Salesforce reporting projects, ensure data governance and quality, perform pricing/market/competition analysis, support territory and quota setting, deliver executive reporting, and manage a small global reporting team.

Qualify inbound leads and build pipeline through calling, email and LinkedIn outreach. Manage opportunities in Salesforce, articulate SOTI ONE solutions, reconnect cold leads, and meet quarterly targets to create sales opportunities for the field sales team.

Lead QA managers and quality engineering teams; define and drive QA strategy across automation, performance, security, and release-readiness; establish QA governance and metrics; partner with engineering and product leadership to improve release quality; hire and develop talent; scale automation frameworks and integrate CI/CD with quality practices.

Manage the procurement lifecycle for the region: source and acquire goods and services, develop RFQs, negotiate terms, issue purchase orders, maintain supplier relationships, support contract renewals, coordinate with finance for invoices, and implement global purchasing processes.

The Account Manager will build relationships, manage sales, operations, and marketing efforts for SOTI's enterprise customers, focusing on revenue growth and complex sales strategies.

The Sales Development Representative will create new outbound pipelines in enterprise accounts in LATAM, focusing on cold outreach to senior stakeholders. Responsibilities include building target account lists, qualifying opportunities, and partnering with sales teams to meet pipeline goals.
