Performs end-to-end QA for Power BI reports, dashboards, data models, and outputs. Responsibilities include creating test plans and cases, validating data accuracy and business logic, reconciling discrepancies, analyzing root causes, documenting defects, supporting UAT readiness, and partnering with BI and data engineering teams. The role also monitors production reports, ensures BI governance compliance, and improves testing coverage and data validation practices.

Lead technical sales engagements with enterprise customers and strategic partners. Partners with sales, customers, and product teams; enables partners; resolves product issues; and educates stakeholders on device management and security. Requires regular customer and partner visits across Southeast Asia, with additional regional and global travel.

Administer and optimize Salesforce by managing configurations, fields, layouts, reports, dashboards, security, custom objects, integrations, and workflows. Provide daily user support, troubleshoot issues, document processes, train users, promote best practices, and implement new Salesforce features. The role requires hands-on Salesforce administration experience, familiarity with Force.com tools, and knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Both roles collaborate with Agile teams and require students studying IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
