Own end-to-end visitor demo experiences at NeuraGym across locations: schedule, prepare, execute, and follow up. Coordinate technical readiness with engineers and operators, manage travel and visa logistics for teams, support calendars and onboarding, maintain facilities and vendor relationships, track demo-to-lead conversion metrics, and continuously improve the demo playbook and special events.

Lead and grow a data/teleoperation team in the AI department, manage hiring and cross-functional coordination, own teleoperation program planning and execution, mitigate risks, and translate technical goals into actionable project plans aligning with product strategy.

Develop scalable test infrastructure, automation frameworks, and validation strategies for humanoid robotics. Build and maintain CI/CD and automated validation pipelines across embedded, middleware, perception, motion control, and autonomous systems. Collaborate with software, middleware, perception, and controls teams to identify failure modes, design tests (unit to end-to-end), debug hardware-software-network interactions, and improve system reliability, observability, and developer productivity.

Manage and secure NEURA Robotics endpoints and identities across sites using Intune and Entra ID. Handle device lifecycle, patching, app packaging, MFA and license management, support Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive users, assist in security remediation, and improve workflows with documentation and Jira ticketing.

Define and own end-to-end system architectures for robotic platforms, translating requirements into traceable models. Drive modular platform strategy, cross-domain integration (software, hardware, AI/ML, mechatronics), safety and cybersecurity compliance, and architecture-level risk mitigation. Serve as technical authority for architectural decisions and supplier integration.

Build, operate, and evolve a shared Kubernetes-based cloud platform using GitOps, IaC (Terraform, AWS CDK), and CI/CD. Provide self-service developer tooling, observability, cost transparency, and security/governance guardrails to enable engineering teams to deploy reliably and autonomously.

Design, implement, and validate real-time control software and algorithms for industrial and collaborative robots. Deliver prototypes and production-ready systems, lead development projects, and support teammates in complex control challenges.
