Own dynamic model fidelity and sim-to-real calibration for a full-size humanoid: perform system identification on hardware, author and tune MuJoCo/Isaac Sim models, implement and tune real-time EKF/UKF state estimators, close parameter estimation loops against hardware data, debug model-driven failures, and coordinate with control and state-estimation teams to support hardware deployment.

Lead and deliver multiple robotics projects end-to-end: define scope, plans, timelines, resources and budgets; mitigate risks; communicate status to stakeholders; enforce quality and regulatory compliance; improve PM processes; and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Serve as primary HR contact for employees and managers, support recruiting and onboarding, develop HR standards and processes, run employee development and employer-branding initiatives, maintain compliance and employee data, and generate HR reports and metrics to support a growing startup culture.

Design and own the API-first transport and real-time bi-directional sync between virtual and physical robots. Build gRPC/Protobuf microservices, compact binary frames, WebRTC/WebSocket streaming, ROS2/Fast DDS connectors, SDKs, and schema contracts. Harden distributed services for low-latency telemetry, failure/reconnection semantics, deployments, and backwards-compatibility across frontend, simulation, and hardware.

Design, implement, and own embedded firmware for a humanoid dexterous hand: FOC motor control for BLDC actuators, RTOS and Linux HAL bring-up, deterministic communication stacks (DDS, TSN, CAN/SPI/I2C), and multi-level safety/watchdog architecture targeting ASIL-B. Collaborate with electronics and control teams on hardware integration and real-time control requirements.
