Lead adoption and value realization for AI-enabled integration and migration across Santander countries. Drive opportunity qualification, build business cases, define KPIs, translate feedback into product backlog inputs, coordinate stakeholders/vendors, and produce executive reporting to track measurable benefits and sustain deployment momentum.
