This is a product adoption and transformation role requiring strong stakeholder management, business-case discipline, technology fluency and the ability to maintain momentum across countries, vendors and internal teams without relying on direct reporting lines.

  • Maintain and qualify the opportunity pipeline, including prioritization inputs, status, blockers, owners, next steps, assumptions, decision points and expected value.

  • Build and maintain business cases covering baseline effort, savings hypotheses, implementation costs, value drivers, risks and assumptions, and define KPIs for adoption, productivity, quality, cost avoidance and realized benefits.

  • Translate recurring country needs, blockers and adoption feedback into product backlog and roadmap inputs, working with product engineering, AI specialists and solution architecture to assess feasibility, repeatability and potential value.

  • Coordinate across vendors, product engineering, DevOps, architecture, cybersecurity, country teams and business stakeholders to resolve adoption issues, risks and dependencies and maintain delivery momentum.

  • Prepare concise, decision-oriented materials for product reviews, committees, senior stakeholders and sponsors, including executive updates, dashboards and value-realization reporting.

  • Help countries identify where AI-enabled integration, migration, modernization or decommissioning capabilities can generate measurable business value and support benefits governance to ensure impact claims are credible and comparable.
