Process weekly and biweekly U.S. payroll cycles, perform state and federal tax calculations and payments, manage payroll inquiries through tickets and mailboxes, and maintain payroll trackers and reports accurately and on schedule. The role collaborates with onshore payroll teams and requires strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, numerical ability, adaptability, communication, and independent work habits.

Manages planning, budgeting, vendor and merchant coordination, and execution of in-store events and customer experiences across Saks full-line stores. Owns funding approvals, expense forecasting, ROI tracking, brand standards, event concepting, and strategic event marketing. Partners with store marketing teams, VIP customer teams, vendors, and merchants to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Supports major events in the United States and Canada and develops innovative luxury retail experiences.

Support planning and execution of omni-channel promotional events across brands. Maintain promotional calendars and documents, coordinate cross-functional communications, develop marketing/store materials, monitor competitive activity, assist post-event analysis and reporting, and identify opportunities to drive sales and profitability.

Own strategy, execution, and optimization of upper-funnel display advertising. Manage agency relationships, creative briefs, budget forecasting/billing, and campaign analysis. Drive data-driven optimizations, testing roadmap, cross-functional collaboration with Creative, E‑commerce, Analytics, and Paid Social, and report performance to leadership.

Lead and support brand and event initiatives across Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue and Bergdorf Goodman. Manage administrative work in Wrike, track event sales, coordinate vendors and contracts, build cross-functional partnerships, create executive presentations, support in-store production, and drive process improvements for Brand Experience and corporate events.

Lead development of KPI and measurement frameworks for marketing campaigns and activations. Build real-time tracking, dashboards, and scorecards; analyze post-campaign performance to calculate ROI and present strategic insights to leadership. Partner cross-functionally to operationalize measurement and optimization across campaign lifecycles.

Manage bankcard disputes, chargebacks, and related accounting; research and resolve discrepancies; collaborate with global teams to clear backlogs; respond to store inquiries and ensure compliance with bankcard policies and reporting.

Manage end-to-end contingent workforce operations, including requisitions, contracting, onboarding, assignment changes, extensions, conversions, and offboarding. Maintain accurate VMS records, verify contracts and purchase orders, monitor vendor compliance, produce workforce and financial reports, and support audits. Partner with MSPs and business leaders on worker classification, co-employment risk, security reviews, workforce planning, and process improvements.
