Designs customized cutter suction dredger solutions during the pre-contract sales process. Analyzes customer requirements, develops technical concepts, coordinates engineering input, supports proposals with design studies and specifications, translates technical details into customer value propositions, and monitors dredging-market developments to improve products and solutions.

Build and lead a team and implement standardized policies and reporting.

Lead enterprise data platform strategy, drive data and AI adoption, improve data quality and governance, translate business needs into scalable data capabilities, build analytics community, and influence stakeholders to enable AI-driven decision-making and organisational transformation.

Design and deliver control, automation and safety systems for offshore equipment. Write specifications, develop PLC/HMI/SCADA code, support construction, commission and test systems, manage workload and deliver projects to quality, time and budget constraints while working across office, production facility and client sites.

Lead technical work packages across offshore, marine, oil & gas, renewable and defence projects. Manage suppliers/subcontracts, documentation, configuration, compliance, risk, cost control, HSE reviews, and support full project lifecycle including build, commissioning and project closeout. Use TeamCenter and SharePoint for document control and support Project Manager as needed.

Design and produce 2D/3D CAD models, assembly and production drawings, bills of materials, and structural models for shipbuilding. Apply engineering principles to mechanical, hydraulic, and structural systems, mentor junior staff, support CAD system migration, manage external engineering partners, and develop digital twins and innovative, sustainable designs.
