Key responsibilities include effective partnership, sourcing and branding, hiring excellence, consultation, and business knowledge.

Responsible for leading Human Resources efforts at a site, serving as a business partner, coaching site leadership, developing human capital strategies, and leading HR services. Responsible for HR initiatives aligned with Corporate strategy including staffing, training, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration. Develop recruitment strategies, manage recruitment process, and identify future talent needs. Monitor HR metrics, ensure compliance with employment laws, and uphold Plexus Core Values. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience or Master's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Other qualifications include comprehensive knowledge of HR concepts, ability to perform complex tasks following established processes.
