Key Job Accountabilities:
Is visible and recognized by all Design Centers as a technical specialist in more than one area of processes, tools or industry; and/or is visible and recognized in all Design Centers as a cross-discipline Product Development or Commercialization leader
Serves as an in-discipline technical and/or project team lead, providing technical guidance and motivation for teams, controlling scope, schedule, budget and ensuring overall technical success on small-size to mid-size projects.
Experience in All and Achievement in Multiple Phases of Product Realization Process as it applies to their role which includes - Conceptualize, Design, Commercialize, Manufacture, Fulfill, Sustain.
Provides Customer Service leadership by establishing positive and productive customer communications during technical/project discussions, developing innovative architectures and solutions to meet customer needs, and supporting business development engagements and proposal creation.
Serve as a lead and support in planning technical roadmap/process improvement within their discipline and design center or contribute to xDC continuous improvement activities.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required with 6 or more years of related experience preferred.
