Conducts needs and job-task analyses, collaborates with internal clients and instructors, updates contractor modules, and manages instructional design projects. Requires familiarity with OSHA standards, DOT operator qualifications, utility operations, Adobe tools, and LMS or e-learning platforms. Travel up to 25% is required.

Develops and supports business intelligence and analytics solutions, including data models, datasets, dashboards, reports, and integrated analytics. Partners with business and IT teams on data warehouse and data lake design, governance, data quality, technology performance, and analytics adoption. Uses SQL and Python to extract and shape data, automates dataset monitoring, and incorporates statistical or predictive capabilities into BI solutions.

Leads the development of customer-focused data and analytics solutions, including data models, reports, dashboards, and self-service tools. Partners with stakeholders and data product owners to improve data quality, governance, accessibility, and analytics adoption. Provides technical leadership, mentors team members, manages project deliverables, and supports scalable data products. Uses SQL, Python, visualization platforms, and other analytics tools to transform data and deliver actionable business insights.

Leads and develops a technical analytics team supporting customer solutions, marketing, digital channels, products, services, voice of the customer, and contact center operations. Manages analytics delivery, team capacity, governance, quality, technical standards, and stakeholder partnerships. Translates complex findings into actionable recommendations and ensures solutions are reliable, scalable, adopted, and aligned with business outcomes. Builds analytics capabilities, coaches talent, and drives continuous improvement across platforms, architecture, data quality, and technical roadmaps.
