The Content Marketing Manager will lead the creation, management, and optimization of content supporting Nextracker’s global sales, corporate/technology marketing and brand efforts. Responsibilities include developing and executing a global content marketing strategy, managing social media content calendar, creating and optimizing digital and print content, collaborating with regional marketers, managing digital assets, supporting sales enablement, and analyzing performance data.

The Project Engineer at Nextracker will be responsible for providing design support, coordinating with engineering teams, conducting value engineering exercises, and prioritizing tasks to support internal and external customers.

Analyzing non-conforming items, reporting NCRs, contributing to closing non-conformities, monitoring project documentation, participating in inspections and meetings, ensuring compliance with policies, maintaining materials, and carrying out related activities.

Sr Logistics Analyst responsible for managing all logistical activities in the solar energy sector, optimizing supply chain, coordinating local transport, inventory management, customs procedures, supplier assessment, reporting, and regulatory compliance. Must have a Bachelor's degree and 3-6 years of experience in import process/logistics/freight forwarding industry. Fluent in English and have intermediate to advance Excel skills.

Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities including reconciliations, audits, financial reporting, and tax compliance. Improve systems and procedures, oversee fixed assets, and generate financial reports. Coordinate inter-company transactions and ensure accurate accounting of all transactions.

Responsible for managing projects from PO to Commissioning, providing technical support for customers, ensuring project safety, coordinating project workflow and tools, managing project P&L, and driving customer care and product success at NEXTracker.
