Owns revenue operations insight across sales and go-to-market teams. The role requires UK healthcare market knowledge, including NHS priorities and procurement, collaboration with sales and strategic technology partners, campaign budget management, content and event activation, performance reporting, and relationship management across internal teams, agencies, suppliers, and partners.

Provides post-deployment Workday Financials support for global clients, including ticket triage, configuration, troubleshooting, optimization, SLA management, client meetings, and enhancements. The consultant identifies process improvements, supports commercial and operational activities, contributes to sales estimates, manages risk, and mentors junior consultants. The role requires strong Workday Record to Report expertise, consulting and communication skills, customer focus, and willingness to travel occasionally to regional client sites.
