As a Client Support Executive, you will work alongside product specialists, consultants, and customer teams to help clients maximise the value of the Kainos Smart Product Suite. You will combine customer engagement, business process analysis, testing, and product knowledge to deliver high-quality outcomes while developing expertise in enterprise cloud technologies and Workday ecosystems.

What You'll DoCustomer Support & Success- Support the onboarding and ongoing Business-as-Usual operation of customers using the Kainos Smart Product Suite.
- Deliver support services as part of the Kainos Smart Gold Service, helping customers maximize value from their investment in our products.
- Build trusted relationships with customers through regular engagement and proactive support.
- Contribute to delivering a high-quality customer experience across all interactions.
- Execute, maintain, and report on customer test packs.
- Analyze customer testing coverage and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Support the design, development, and refinement of test packs aligned to customer testing strategies and business requirements.
- Ensure testing activities are completed accurately and to a high standard of quality.
- Analyze customer Workday configurations across domains including HCM, Recruiting, Financials, Payroll, and Security.
- Develop an understanding of customer business processes and how they are supported through technology.
- Help identify opportunities for customers to improve quality, reduce risk, and gain additional value from the Smart Product Suite.
- Support customer teams by sharing knowledge, best practices, and product expertise.
- Contribute to customer adoption and successful use of Smart Product Suite capabilities.

- Contribute to the ongoing development of Kainos Smart Testing and Audit products.
