Manage import/export, customs clearance, warehousing, transport and 3PL vendor performance for Atotech Malaysia (backup Singapore). Ensure regulatory compliance for chemical shipments, optimize costs, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, conduct stock takes, and support HSE and safety initiatives.

Commission and configure software systems during equipment installation, diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues, train customers and internal teams, ensure compliance with standards, manage communication protocols (SECS/GEM, OPC) and fieldbus systems (Modbus, EtherCAT, Profibus), and provide on-site support (up to 60% travel).

Responsible for accounts payable processing and reconciliation: verify and record invoices and travel expenses, manage GR/IR and other payables, support month‑end close and inventory counts, reconcile intercompany entries, assist audits and project implementations, maintain documentation, and coordinate cross‑departmental issues.

Manage assigned accounts to meet sales targets while providing technical support and process improvement for customer electroplating/chemical processes. Build customer relationships, develop new business, coordinate internally across product and marketing teams, respond to technical issues, and ensure safety and compliance at customer sites.

Customer-facing technical role supporting sales: provide product expertise, run demos, design solutions with customers and sales teams, troubleshoot technical issues, and help close deals.

Provide technical support for vacuum valve and integrated products: select and specify products, define custom configurations, troubleshoot and run tests/demos, prepare quotations, deliver training, and travel to customer sites for installation and support.

Manage accounts payable and fixed asset functions: process and authorize invoices and expense claims, maintain AP ledger and fixed asset register, perform depreciation and reconciliations, support month-/year-end close, assist audits and taxation, monitor CAPEX, resolve vendor queries, and support system implementations and UAT (e-invoicing).

Lead cross-functional teams to plan, track, and deliver internal products or administrative systems on schedule and within budget. Oversee project schedules and budgets, coordinate interdepartmental meetings, monitor progress from initiation to delivery, assign and support technical staff, and develop personnel.

Work with semiconductor customers, regional HQ, and internal teams to drive development collaborations, communicate customer needs to MSD Germany, provide technical and commercial support, and support next-generation product development. Requires ongoing self-development and up to 10–30% international travel.

Prepare and release job tickets with drawings and documents in SAP, maintain material release progress, optimize on-time delivery and machine utilization, coordinate with logistics/warehouse/production/engineering, monitor WIP and troubleshoot, and support supervisor-assigned activities.
