Develop and optimize PCB processing using ESI laser drilling systems. Evaluate material processing and inspection, run DOE, analyze data with statistical/image tools, perform inspections (microscope/SEM), support customers, demonstrate systems, collaborate with Marketing/Sales/Engineering, and travel domestically and internationally for application development and customer support.

Design, implement, and maintain automated embedded firmware test suites interfacing with electronic test equipment for RF plasma control. Build and troubleshoot test hardware, analyze failures and test data, produce design documentation, collaborate with internal teams, and support test automation for new technology projects.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer equipment and processes, assist field engineers and technicians, perform installations and training, review daily process checklists, manage consumption and inventory reporting, and ensure smooth customer operations while partnering with sales and regional service teams.

Provide administrative and site support for the Singapore Center of Excellence: manage travel and purchases, coordinate onboarding, support leadership, organize employee engagement and site events, and maintain office operations and records.

Lead reliability design, test, and evaluation of RF/DC power delivery hardware. Develop test methods, select components, perform troubleshooting and experimental evaluation, write technical reports, and support customers and internal engineering teams.

Lead site-wide quality strategy and a team across design, manufacturing, and service for semiconductor capital equipment. Ensure ISO9001-compliant QMS, drive RCA/CAPA, PFMEA, control plans, reduce nonconformances, support product development transfers and audits, and partner with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to improve product performance and compliance.

Serve as the technical liaison between customers, sales, and engineering to support and grow PCB business. Provide technical support, application guidance, and account management; develop customer solutions; maintain relationships; resolve technical/business issues; report on projects; perform frequent on-site visits and field assignments with extensive travel (up to 90%).

Manage assigned accounts to meet sales targets, provide technical support for customer processes (electroplating/chemicals), develop new business opportunities, coordinate with internal teams, drive process improvements, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction.
