Manage and maintain Linux/Windows servers across multi-account AWS environments including OS lifecycle, patching, hardening, backups, monitoring, vulnerability remediation, EBS/AMI management, and incident RCA while collaborating with DevOps, cloud engineering, and security teams.

Analyze customer service performance for satellite teams, drive process and performance improvements, perform gap analysis, present insights to stakeholders, build reports and dashboards, support cross-functional projects, and assist the Customer Service team with issues.

Use advanced analytics to detect risks and control weaknesses across shipping and terminals, support and design data-driven audits, introduce analytic innovations, advise senior management, and potentially lead end-to-end audits over time.

Lead the Finance, Administration, and IT oversight functions: set financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, controls, statutory compliance (including SEZ and multi-state tax), risk management, treasury, and audits. Build and lead a high-performing finance team, drive financial transformation and automation, oversee vendor and facilities management, and ensure IT infrastructure, continuity, and asset lifecycle management to support business growth.

Maintain and troubleshoot Windows endpoints, manage IT asset inventory and RFID systems, provide first- and second-line support using ITSM tools, perform patching and security hardening, automate reporting with PowerShell/Excel/Azure tools, and manage onboarding/offboarding and ITIL-based service delivery.

Provide operational support for shipping customer and vendor interactions across African countries, using company systems. Handle customer service and operations tasks after an 8-week training program, working the 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. shift and following international shipping processes and procedures.
