Process Canadian retirement member contributions and manage electronic client files. Maintain accurate member data across systems, troubleshoot issues with partners, prioritize workload to meet service levels, and pursue process improvements while providing client-facing support.

Process and oversee private placement activities including cash transfers, wires, income/principal payments, suspense management, audits, and issue resolution. Support Private Debt/Equity teams, maintain SOX controls, improve processes via automation, assist audits and training, and work night shift aligned to U.S. market hours.
