Lead post-launch (Day 2) management of complex life insurance product features: prioritize and deliver enhancements, ensure regulatory compliance and operational feasibility, manage production issues and UAT, drive root-cause fixes, and collaborate with Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Operations to improve processes and customer experience.

Validate retail fund Net Asset Values (NAV) accurately and on time, ensure compliance with fund governance and regulatory requirements, identify/escalate operational issues, support process improvements and documentation updates, participate in governance meetings, and contribute to team objectives while maintaining current knowledge through training.

The manager will oversee third-party risk governance, leveraging extensive experience in procurement and risk management, ensuring compliance, and enhancing operational efficiency through stakeholder engagement and autonomous leadership.
