Provides administrative, financial, and operational support for interdisciplinary health research programs. Manages program budgets, payroll, procurement, expenses, reconciliations, reporting, effort tracking, grant modifications, and compliance with funding agencies. Supports Principal Investigators and research offices with post-award administration, electronic submissions, meetings, communications, collaborator coordination, progress tracking, and risk identification. The role requires managing multiple initiatives and biomedical or health-related grants.

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Organizational Behavior/HRM or Strategic Management (normal load two courses/semester), conduct and publish scholarly research in top management journals, and perform typical service duties. Review begins August 18, 2026.

Lead research security and compliance efforts for international collaborations: assess foreign influence and adversary risks, review agreements, monitor foreign gifts/contracts, support disclosures and reporting, coordinate with campus offices, and develop training and mitigation strategies.

Identify, assess, and mitigate internal research security threats; conduct investigations and incident response; develop and deliver NSPM-33 and CHIPS Act–aligned training; support policy, compliance, audits, and executive reporting; collaborate with legal, HR, and IT to protect sensitive research.

Manage LSU capital projects from concept through construction closeout. Oversee design consultants, track costs and schedules, process change orders and payments, ensure compliance with plans and University Design Standards, coordinate internal/external stakeholders, and support warranty and closeout activities. May require in-state travel.

Observe and enforce testing procedures in a computer-based testing center: check in students, verify ID, assign seats, monitor via walkthroughs and video, ensure only approved materials are used, collect materials, report violations, provide basic technical support, and help prepare testing sessions. Provide administrative support for the Department of French Studies graduate program: manage applications, assistantships, hiring in Workday, student records, class scheduling, bookstore adoptions, office operations, and supervise student workers. Serve as liaison to Director of Graduate Studies, assist departmental committees, handle correspondence, and act as backup to Senior Operations Coordinator.
