Serves as the primary HR advisor to a manufacturing plant, partnering with leadership on talent development, succession planning, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, engagement, organizational effectiveness, change initiatives, compliance, and leadership development. Uses workforce metrics to guide decisions, coaches managers, strengthens talent pipelines, and coordinates with HR centers of excellence to execute HR programs and align people strategies with operational priorities.

Manage short-, medium-, and long-term production plans and master schedules to align demand, materials, capacity, inventory, and customer commitments. Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve supply and capacity constraints, monitor planning and supply chain KPIs, improve plan accuracy, and support MPS, MRP, S&OP/SIOP, ERP implementations, and continuous improvement. Lead, coach, and develop the Planning team while managing escalations and operational risks.

Designs and evaluates manufacturing process improvements, prepares technical reports and specifications, supports project scheduling, and ensures production processes comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role requires an engineering degree, one to two years of experience, analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, familiarity with engineering practices, and Microsoft Office knowledge.

Leads the Lipa reliability laboratory, overseeing test execution, team performance, workload planning, equipment and sample coordination, safety compliance, KPI management, documentation quality, and continuous improvement. The role supervises laboratory personnel, develops team capabilities, resolves operational escalations, ensures adherence to global testing standards, and supports the laboratory’s expansion as an operations and assembly quality hub.
