As an Investment Consultant, you will provide investment consulting services to institutional clients, conduct analysis, manage client relationships, and mentor junior analysts.

The Functional Lead will manage implementation teams, oversee pension calculation configuration, analyze pension plan rules, and support project management in delivering benefits solutions.

Analyze clients' defined-benefit pension calculation rules, configure and integrate in-house pension software, write specifications, develop and review test strategies and scenarios, support QA, suggest product improvements, and provide post-implementation customer support.

Lead TELUS Health's defined-contribution (DC) pension consulting practice in Quebec, managing client relationships, complex project delivery, governance reviews, business development, mentoring team members, overseeing billing/contracts, and providing expert DC retirement plan advice and regulatory guidance.

Manage daily benefits administration and case management, support data processing and system configuration, test and analyze setups during implementations, monitor project schedules, and communicate with project teams and clients to ensure benefit database solutions meet client requirements.

Manage defined benefit (DB) pension administration for multiple clients, lead client relationships, review benefit calculations, drive process improvements, manage projects and resources, mentor team members, and ensure compliance with pension legislation and service agreements.
