Lead end-to-end origination, structuring and execution of Trade & Working Capital transactions as Deal Principal. Support origination and execution of specialised lending transactions (project, acquisition, portfolio financing). Partner with business leaders to define roadmaps, conduct impact and readiness assessments, embed change management, manage stakeholders, vendors and project resources, and deliver integrated change artifacts (communications, sponsor roadmap, coaching, training, resistance management). Monitor risks, dependencies, and progress, applying agile methods to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

Design and govern end-to-end, cloud-native banking solutions; translate business requirements into architectural specifications; guide development teams; participate in architecture board reviews; document designs across logical, functional, and network levels; ensure alignment with security, regulatory, and enterprise standards; keep systems knowledge current and support implementation lifecycle.
