Oversee 24x7 operations, weekend maintenance, HA Always On clusters, automation using Terraform/Ansible, DWH and NoSQL support (Snowflake, MongoDB), performance tuning, backup/recovery, change and incident management, staffing and shift scheduling, and adherence to ITIL/Agile processes.

Lead Fund Accounting onboarding for new clients: obtain required account information, reconcile NAVs to prior administrators, liaise with Middle Office and NAV teams during parallel periods, ensure month-end reconciliations, review supervisors' and analysts' work, manage and develop junior team members, resolve breaks, and hand clients to the NAV team once transition is complete.

Provide senior-level administration and operational support for hybrid SQL Server environments (Always On), monitor and troubleshoot performance, automate tasks with scripts and IaC (Terraform, Ansible), manage weekend maintenance and patching, build and scale database systems, and develop tools to improve reliability and availability.

Support FATCA and CRS filings by reviewing investor documentation, validating data, maintaining audit trails, liaising with internal teams, assisting system testing and automation, monitoring regulatory updates, and responding to client inquiries while driving process improvements.
