The Information Security Manager leads site cybersecurity implementation, monitoring, auditing, compliance, incident response, and continuous improvement. The role manages cyber controls across OT and IT environments, tracks risks and corrective actions, supports audits and regulatory inspections, coordinates incident response with global teams, approves security-related changes, and promotes cybersecurity awareness. The position requires cross-functional leadership, stakeholder communication, and regular travel to ensure controls operate effectively.

Leads the global Secure Network Services organization and strategy, overseeing enterprise firewalls, OT/ICS connectivity, segmentation, export-controlled environments, site perimeters, and ZTNA. The role owns service roadmaps, catalogs, SLAs, KPIs, incident-response coordination, automation, and continuous improvement while partnering with infrastructure, manufacturing, engineering, SOC, and cyber leadership. It also manages and develops approximately 11 network security specialists and engineers across global locations.

Serves as the primary interface for assigned global customers, managing order processing, contracts, purchase orders, quotes, RFQs, tracking, expedites, AOG/spares requests, and accounts receivable disputes. Coordinates with sales, program management, and internal teams to resolve issues, maintain customer portals, and deliver timely support. Participates in Lean process improvement initiatives and standard work development while managing multiple customer priorities.

Leads manufacturing quality activities for aerospace avionics products, developing quality systems, driving root cause and corrective actions, and improving processes through Lean, Six Sigma, and SPC. Partners with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, suppliers, customers, and regulators on quality issues, audits, FMEA, control plans, design reviews, and new product introduction. Ensures compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and applicable regulatory requirements while analyzing quality metrics and presenting findings to leadership.

Design and develop fan rotor hardware and multiple fan stages for advanced jet engines. Perform mechanical design and analysis, document technical data, support manufacturing and procurement, resolve technical issues, present recommendations, review peer work, and lead fan rotor projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical experts, and external vendors while developing specialized expertise in fan rotor airfoil design and engine integration.

Design and analyze cold fan airfoils for advanced military aircraft engines. Responsibilities include documenting technical work, developing specialized mechanical design expertise, supporting manufacturing and procurement, resolving technical issues, presenting recommendations, and leading small fan-module projects while coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and customers.

Leads production and design engineering for the T700/CT7 cold section module, including front and main frames, rotating parts, structures, airfoils, variable geometry, and clearances. Collaborates with global teams and suppliers to resolve issues, improve alignment, recover capacity, and ensure engine shipment readiness. Performs engineering analysis and evaluation, applies technical judgment, supports project execution, and provides informal guidance to team members.

Develop and maintain physics-based software engineering solutions for GE Aerospace. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to design, build, test, and maintain software using development best practices and Agile/Scrum methods, with guidance from technical leaders.

Leads the design, development, debugging, testing, and maintenance of C# and Python IMA Configuration Tools for aerospace programs. Provides technical mentorship, translates user and systems requirements into software solutions, supports interoperability and integration, identifies technical risks, and assists with planning and execution. Collaborates with cross-functional engineering teams, vendors, and external partners while advancing software processes and engineering best practices.

Maintains CFM LEAP technical configuration data, engine maintenance work instructions, service bulletin updates, and ERP technical data for aviation MRO processes. Reviews manual changes, ensures regulatory compliance, maps engineering and production processes, supports corrective actions, and drives process improvements that reduce cycle time and costs. Requires manufacturing or engineering experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate projects and influence teams.
