Essential Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all CFM LEAP technical configuration data in the ERP system
- Be Responsible for creation and maintenance of all disassembly, assembly, inspection and repair work instructions for the MRO processes
- Review all engine shop manual incremental changes for impact on shop instructions
- Review service bulletins and ensure all data is loaded accurately in the ERP system
- Ensure all system data complies with customer and regulatory compliance requirements
- Primary point of contact for Engineering and Production ERP system technical data errors and correction
- Generate and maintain functional process maps for both Engineering and Production processes
- Generate ideas for and assist in the execution of simplification and cost out initiatives
- Assist Quality team with corrective actions and quality report close-outs as required
- Identify best practices and implement process improvements for cycle time and cost reduction
- Ability to learn new concepts in a rapidly changing environment
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of manufacturing or engineering experience)
Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or engineering experience
