Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all CFM LEAP technical configuration data in the ERP system
  • Be Responsible for creation and maintenance of all disassembly, assembly, inspection and repair work instructions for the MRO processes
  • Review all engine shop manual incremental changes for impact on shop instructions
  • Review service bulletins and ensure all data is loaded accurately in the ERP system
  • Ensure all system data complies with customer and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Primary point of contact for Engineering and Production ERP system technical data errors and correction
  • Generate and maintain functional process maps for both Engineering and Production processes
  • Generate ideas for and assist in the execution of simplification and cost out initiatives
  • Assist Quality team with corrective actions and quality report close-outs as required
  • Identify best practices and implement process improvements for cycle time and cost reduction
  • Ability to learn new concepts in a rapidly changing environment

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of manufacturing or engineering experience)

  • Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or engineering experience
