Oversees the day-to-day activities of the Insurance Coordinators, providing direction, support, and guidance. Facilitates the preservation of dialysis patients' insurance, supervises IC activities, provides guidance, training, and support to ICs, reviews and audits reports, coordinates data reports, ensures accuracy of reports and tracking, provides counseling and training as needed, communicates updates to IC team.

Responsible for timely and accurate recording of transactions in the general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close procedures. Point of contact for audit requirements and process improvement initiatives. Requires Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 2 years of experience, and knowledge of SAP and English.

Day-to-day supervision of accounting function, financial analysis, implementation of policies and strategies, building relationships with stakeholders, implementing changes to working processes, and solving difficult problems.

Configure and maintain SAP service module, provide user training, analyze data for performance indicators, collaborate on improvement solutions, ensure data integrity and explore new technologies related to SAP and management information analysis.

Guides, develops, and implements HR initiatives to achieve business objectives, provides expertise in organizational design, change management, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretations in a highly matrixed company. Monitors recruitment and retention programs, contributes to leadership development, and ensures HR policies compliance. Leads succession planning and advises on legal compliance. Analyzes employee data for decision-making and resolves employee relations issues.
