The role involves leading the architecture for Microsoft Copilot and Moveworks platforms, defining standards, integration strategies, and guiding enterprise AI solutions while mentoring teams and shaping technical roadmaps.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure Android applications integrated with enterprise APIs and cloud services. Collaborate with analysts and architects to support warehousing, logistics, and supply chain operations, build POCs (barcode scanning, notifications, AI features), troubleshoot performance issues, modernize mobile platforms, and follow Android best practices, security, and agile processes.

Lead end-to-end Anaplan platform architecture and governance, including model and data design, integrations, ALM, data quality, and technical guidance. Manage imaging/deployment, asset tracking, vendor coordination, service requests/tickets, lifecycle upgrades, and deliver end-user training. Support IT projects and ensure compliance with global processes.

Develop and document Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning. Lead best-practice development, perform systems analysis, manage deployments, mentor peers, and ensure solutions meet architecture, compliance, and quality standards.

Lead downstream marketing strategies to increase awareness, diagnosis, and referrals for TAVR therapy. Partner with field teams to remove treatment barriers, gather customer VOC, develop education campaigns and care-pathway tools, enable field through training, analyze clinical and market data, and create customer segmentation and prioritization strategies.

Perform compensation analyses, create job profiles, benchmark pay data, participate in compensation surveys, support pay review inquiries, collaborate on projects to identify trends and recommend actions, and provide compensation guidance to HR and business leaders.

Own China channel operations for distributors end-to-end: onboarding, renewal, termination, authorization changes, cycle counts, and performance evaluation. Improve inventory accuracy via stocktaking and issue resolution. Design data warehouse structures and analytical models; build complex reports (billing, hospital, inventory, sales, rebates) to inform business decisions. Provide channel intelligence, KPI updates, stakeholder-facing problem solving, and ensure strong engagement and communication with business units.
