Manage Malaysia tax compliance, including corporate tax, Pillar 2, VAT, and transfer pricing filings. Oversee MIDA incentives, tax audits, disputes with authorities, legislative updates, and tax risk assessments. The role analyzes SAP financial data, validates VAT treatments, supports process improvements, and ensures accurate, timely reporting and submissions.

Lead a multidisciplinary team to invent and develop high-performance turbomachinery and motor aero designs, drive aero-acoustic performance, DFM/DFA, supplier negotiations, project planning, validation, and technology roadmaps to meet cost, size, weight and efficiency targets.

Lead Dyson’s EMEA VAT compliance function, overseeing multi-jurisdiction filings, Intrastat and EC Sales Lists, tax payments, reconciliations, audits, and external advisors. Manage two VAT specialists, review SAP financial data, approve filings, strengthen controls, support business assurance reviews, and provide VAT expertise for projects and systems implementations. The role requires strong technical VAT knowledge, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Leads delivery execution, release governance, and Agile practices across global mobile engineering teams. Coordinates PI planning, dependencies, risks, metrics, stakeholder reporting, and continuous improvement. Manages Scrum Masters and Release QA professionals while owning the complete iOS and Android release lifecycle, including readiness reviews, Go/No-Go decisions, App Store and Google Play deployments, phased rollouts, emergency fixes, and post-release activities.

Manage financial planning and business partnering for the global IT projects portfolio, including Capex and Opex accounting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, accruals, reconciliations, KPI reporting, and cost-control initiatives. Partner with IT stakeholders, budget holders, portfolio management, and Group Finance to deliver accurate financial information, support investment decisions, identify risks and opportunities, and improve processes and efficiencies.

Lead Dyson’s packaging sustainability strategy, ensuring recycled content, recyclability, regulatory compliance, EPR and PPWR reporting across global markets. Develop sustainability SOPs, workflows and governance frameworks; manage packaging logos and labeling; assess materials and environmental impact; collaborate with suppliers and engineering teams on sustainable material selection, testing and validation; and improve data accuracy, traceability and reporting processes.
