Lead delivery of product performance technologies for hair styling and drying products. Define and own performance system specifications, run experiments and simulations, drive data analysis and robust test methods, resolve complex technical problems, and coach junior engineers. Collaborate across teams to balance trade-offs (flowrate, acoustics, thermals, design), establish a new performance team in Singapore, and document reproducible verification reports and processes.

Lead acoustic and vibration performance across product development: define requirements, develop experimental and simulation methods, diagnose and resolve noise/vibration issues, mitigate risks, integrate solutions with cross-functional teams, communicate data-driven findings, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead a regional team of technology systems and product performance engineers to deliver system and subsystem engineering for product projects. Lead systems engineering and verification across product development: define architectures and unambiguous requirements, create verification strategies and test cases, build system simulations, manage traceability, resolve engineering trade-offs, and coach/drive Systems Engineering practices across teams.

Lead end-to-end project management for global compliance and approvals, coordinating cross-functional teams, certification bodies, and manufacturers to ensure products meet international standards and launch timelines. Maintain reporting dashboards, manage risks and deliverables, own global GMA process, and review testing and certification plans.

Design and implement reliable technologies, improve experimental and simulation methods (FEA, CFD, 1-D, system, mathematical modelling), validate solutions via testing or simulation, document requirements, collaborate cross-functionally, communicate findings, and provide technical leadership through reviews and knowledge-sharing to deliver robust products on time and spec.

Lead systems engineering and verification activities: translate product vision into requirements, develop MBSE/SysML architectures, create verification strategies and test methods, run system simulations, manage traceability, collaborate across engineering teams, and coach other systems engineers.

Lead test engineering efforts to translate verification plans into manufacturing test setups, oversee contract manufacturers' test execution and data pipelines, audit calibration and test capabilities, analyze failures across mechanical, electrical, software, and RF domains, and approve product verification reports to enable production milestones.
