JOB OVERVIEW:
Search is on for creative (Lead) Test Management Engineer to bridge the gap between design intent and manufacturing execution, inheriting High-Level Verification Strategies and Plans from our internal Systems Engineering Team’s and own the end-to-end execution of Product Verification.
Acting as the Primary Technical Gatekeeper, you will oversee, audit, and hold our Contract Manufacturing (CM) partners accountable to ensure verification test requirements are executed flawlessly across all stages of the Product Development.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategy Translation: Convert internal Systems Engineering Verification Plans into actionable manufacturing test setups and schedules at CM Partners.
- CM Oversight & Governance: Serve as the main point of contact for the CM’s testing team, auditing their installed test capabilities, test setups, equipment calibration, and data logging infrastructure.

- Multidisciplinary Verification: Cross-examine CM test results across diverse domains, including mechanical reliability, electrical functional testing, software flashing, and wireless connectivity (RF/Bluetooth/Wi-Fi).
