Own and govern Dyson’s Bill of Materials and Configuration Management capabilities. Define standards, processes, maturity measures, and improvement plans; drive product structure standardization and traceability across engineering functions. Partner with PLM, IT, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and regulatory teams to translate business requirements into Teamcenter workflows and digital-thread capabilities. Lead governance forums, support transformation, adoption, training, audits, risk management, and continuous improvement across the product development lifecycle.

Leads Dyson’s PLM transformation programme, coordinating planning, governance, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, and implementation partners. Drives organisational change, communications, business readiness, training, capability development, user adoption, and benefits realisation. Establishes repeatable programme frameworks, monitors adoption and business outcomes, identifies barriers, and ensures PLM capabilities are embedded across Product Development operations.

Leads Canada supply chain operations for finished goods, spares, and accessories inventory. Responsibilities include supply and demand planning, inventory optimization, constraint mitigation, excess inventory reduction, forecasting, refurbishment demand capture, KPI dashboard reporting, and cross-functional coordination with sales, marketing, finance, warehouses, and headquarters.
