Responsibilities include sourcing, pipeline development, interviewing, offers, onboarding, hiring-manager partnership, recruitment analytics, employer branding, talent intelligence, employee engagement, DEI initiatives, and HR policy guidance. The role advises business leaders, improves recruiting effectiveness, and ensures compliance with Singapore labor law and HR practices.

Leads the development and integration of sensing technologies, including vision systems, LiDAR, ToF, air-quality, position, and displacement sensors. Defines sensing architectures, requirements, data collection plans, validation methods, and algorithms using MATLAB or Python. Provides technical leadership across concept development, testing, calibration, product integration, and production readiness while collaborating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and technology partners.

Supports product engineering deliverables across multiple products and projects, including engineering drawings, specifications, BOM releases, prototype builds, validation, manufacturing coordination, progress tracking, risk escalation, and OPEX monitoring. Requires strong stakeholder management, project planning, engineering understanding, Mandarin proficiency, frequent travel to China, and Microsoft Project expertise.
