Defines scope and system requirements, assembles teams, assigns tasks, monitors schedules and budgets, programs and documents solutions (Datatel/Colleague/UNIX), coordinates implementations with operations, and provides customer support and reporting.

Provide strategic leadership for government contracting, supplier readiness, and military-connected entrepreneurship within the Small Business Launch Pad. Develop scalable programs, cultivate external partnerships, coordinate workshops and training, support grant and sponsorship opportunities, track outcomes, and connect entrepreneurs and small businesses to procurement and workforce resources. Supervise staff as needed and collaborate across college units and community partners to advance supplier diversity and economic mobility.
