Manages functional ERP and contract-management system configuration, data exchanges with clinical systems, training, inventory control, PARs, requisition templates, product requests, and contract data. Collaborates with clinicians, physicians, and supply chain stakeholders while maintaining compliant policies and procedures. This is a remote role restricted to Kentucky or Indiana, with travel as needed.

Source, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions using multiple sourcing methods. Develop job ads, screen applicants, schedule interviews, extend offers and negotiate compensation, and initiate onboarding. Manage multiple priorities and sensitive situations independently to efficiently fill assigned positions.

Support HR transactional functions including licensure/certification and compliance tracking, advise client departments and employees on policies, maintain new hire orientation, and manage HR survey data programs.

The BI Developer III will enhance BI systems, develop applications for data analysis, and collaborate with other developers. Requires intermediate BI skills and knowledge.

Configure and customize Workday workflows and ERP integrations focused on supply chain. Design, test, debug, and document system specifications. Support large-scale Workday deployments, integrate Workday with Epic, and ensure compliance with healthcare supply chain standards like UDI and implant tracking.
