Design and implement site learning strategy and yearlong curriculum for AmeriCorps volunteers. Manage logistics for major learning events, coach facilitators, analyze training data to improve outcomes, and support site-wide initiatives and cross-departmental partnerships.

Lead and execute a diversified fundraising strategy—individual giving, corporate partnerships, grants, events, donor stewardship, and board engagement. Cultivate donors and community partners, manage a donor pipeline, implement data-informed fundraising systems, partner with the Executive Director, Advisory Board, and national team to meet revenue goals and strengthen philanthropic capacity.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for AmeriCorps volunteers: community outreach, partner cultivation, events and presentations, applicant screening and interviewing, onboarding support, data tracking and analysis (TargetX), and alumni engagement to sustain a diverse volunteer pipeline.

The Impact Manager oversees 5-10 AmeriCorps members at a partner school, focusing on improving student performance through interventions in ELA and math, managing member development, and coordinating after-school programs.
