Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver capital projects across Corpus Christi, La Porte, and El Dorado sites safely, on schedule, and within budget. Leads regional supply chain strategy and execution for the Americas, including customer delivery, inventory, cost-to-serve, logistics, process improvement, compliance, and performance measurement. Manages cross-functional collaboration across sales, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and technology. Develops team capabilities, drives continuous improvement, supports global supply chain standards, and oversees succession planning. The role requires extensive industrial supply chain experience, strong business and financial acumen, analytical and project management skills, and leadership in a matrix organization.

Serves as the primary customer interface, processes domestic, export, and complex orders, manages consignment inventory and invoicing, monitors deliveries, handles complaints and returns, and coordinates with internal teams to meet customer commitments.
