Chemours is seeking a Customer Excellence Representative to join our growing team. This position will be available in Beveren, Belgium

  

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: 

  • Acts as primary customer interface for important external customers, distributors, potential customers and other roles internal to the business.

  • Pro-actively interacts with customers for notification of late orders due to product availability, transportation issues

  • Interacts with broader internal network to ensure that the customers’ requirements are understood and commitments are met.

  • Receives and processes all types of customer orders including complex and/or export orders.

  • Responsible for inquiry & order handling process from beginning to end (E2E OTC)

  • Is responsible for management of consignment stock: consignment fill-up, inventory management, invoicing, count, reconciliation

  • Processes customer complaints and returns according to Complaint Management process and return policies. Recognizes when additional information is needed for complete complaint analysis.

  • Performs quality control checks and takes subsequent corrective actions.  Actively monitors open orders to ensure that deliveries arrive at the customer on time, as committed.

  • Follows desk procedures/policies in compliance with QS 9000, ISO and/or other Quality System requirements.

  • Is able to provide backup coverage for other team members

The following is required for this role: 

  • High School Diploma

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience

  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with all levels of the organization and customers

  • Problem-solver

  • Strong at planning and organizing

  • Highly focused on customer satisfaction

  • Very accurate worker

The following is preferred for this role: 

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Fluent in Dutch, English, French & Arabic

  • Experience with OEMs and/or logistics

  • Knowledge of SAP

  • Experience in handling dangerous goods

Pay Range (in local currency):

€49,680.00 - €77,625.00

Chemours Level:

21

Annual Bonus Target:

4%

Factors considered in extending a compensation offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, and alignment with market data. The incentive pay is dependent on business results and individual performance and subject to the terms and conditions of the specific plans.
