Drive sales of Cabinetworks Group brands within a designated territory by executing business strategies, cultivating dealer relationships, training dealer personnel, managing field warranty and product issues, and supporting market expansion and customer experience.

Collaborate with purchasing, engineering leadership, operations, and product management to scope and implement product changes. Manage NPD timelines, coordinate testing and samples, update CAD models/drawings/BOMs, create SOPs, lead cost and quality improvement projects, and support process improvement, training, troubleshooting, and special projects.

Lead HR for manufacturing plants: ensure compliance with employment laws, support and guide plant HR staff, investigate complaints, manage recruitment and performance systems, conduct FLSA/HR audits and HRIS audits, report HR metrics, support projects and budgeting, assess training, and spend at least 30% of time on the production floor. Role is 100% onsite with up to 20% travel.

The Quality Engineer monitors quality systems, develops standards, applies statistical methods, conducts audits, and mentors Six Sigma initiatives to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
