Design, program, commission, and support industrial automation systems. Develop PLC and HMI/SCADA solutions, create design documentation, manage project deliverables, lead installation and start-up, diagnose automation issues, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams.

Lead mechanical engineer responsible for end-to-end machine design and development for secondary packaging and end-of-line automation. Lead a team of 8-10 mechanical and electrical engineers to deliver high-quality OEM automation equipment. Provide technical direction, process improvements, standards and tooling, cross-functional coordination, coaching, and project oversight to meet schedules, budgets, and business objectives.

Performs entry-level design, implementation, and troubleshooting of control systems, networks, and cybersecurity. Works with hardware and software components, collaborates with senior engineers, and develops foundational controls engineering skills in a manufacturing-focused consulting environment.

Lead and build a global Program Management team to execute New Product Development (NPD) initiatives. Drive cross-functional NPD projects from scope through launch, meeting schedule, cost, and quality targets. Establish an NPD execution playbook, enforce disciplined project practices, align stakeholders, and track KPIs to ensure successful product and project outcomes.

Design and detail machine parts and assemblies, create conceptual designs and technical drawings, evaluate supplier offers, research feasibility and cost, diagnose equipment failures, support product development, collaborate on engineering processes, and meet design deliverables.
