Provide L1-L3 onsite IT support for workstations, servers and network equipment across one or multiple sites (up to ~300 devices per FTE). Design and implement discrete event simulation models to support manufacturing transformation, optimize facility layouts and material flow, validate automation investments, collect and analyze production data, and deliver IE-driven recommendations across cross-functional teams to improve throughput, capacity, and operational performance.
