Lead and align external co-development teams to deliver high-quality gameplay and content for RuneScape: Dragonwilds. Provide design leadership, review deliverables, translate creative vision into actionable guidance, unblock teams with hands-on support and prototyping, establish review processes, and champion player-focused iteration across multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Lead visual creation for RuneFest: develop illustrated branding, print and large-format materials, livestream and stage graphics, social assets, and post-event content. Manage high-volume assets, integrate illustrator work, handle retouching/compositing, and iterate rapidly with minimal supervision while collaborating with the Art Director and design team.

Lead end-to-end delivery of mobile-focused features for Old School RuneScape. Own feature pipelines, milestone planning, release cadence, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Work with Product and Design to prioritise backlogs, run retrospectives, maintain documentation, and enable cross-functional teams to remove blockers and deliver consistent updates to a live-service game.

Lead product strategy for RuneScape, define KPIs, prioritise roadmap, use player research and analytics to drive engagement, retention and monetisation, run A/B experiments, and collaborate across design, engineering, marketing and community teams.

Role involves designing and implementing engaging content for Old School RuneScape using scripting skills, ensuring technical soundness and efficiency within the game engine.
