Deliver hands-on HR operations in a manufacturing environment: manage employee lifecycle in SAP SuccessFactors, support recruitment (blue-collar), run payroll preparation and reconciliations, ensure compliance with Greek labor law, handle employee relations on the shop floor, administer benefits, produce HR reports/KPIs, and participate in HR projects and process improvements.
