Mission

As a Senior Product Designer, you will need to lead end-to-end design processes that translate business goals into compelling, functional user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, define design strategies, and deliver scalable solutions that solve real-world problems and enhance customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for:

  • Crafting clear, engaging, and highly functional user interfaces for platforms ranging from mobile apps to web-based solutions.
  • Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders from project inception through to launch, ensuring design consistency and quality.
  • Owning the complete design lifecycle, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and final UI delivery.
  • Developing reusable components and design systems that promote consistency and efficiency across various products.
  • Advocating for user needs by applying usability principles, conducting research, and translating insights into innovative design solutions.
  • Continuously iterating based on user feedback and data to optimize user flows and interface elements.
  • Communicating design concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering alignment and shared understanding.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in UI/UX design.

Requirements

Must Have

  • 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, showcasing a strong portfolio of user-centric projects.
  • Expertise in design tools, particularly Figma, with a solid understanding of design tokens and variables.
  • Familiarity with usability testing, user research methodologies, and accessibility standards.
  • Proven ability to create reusable design components and establish scalable design patterns.
  • Experience designing native mobile apps (iOS & Android) and responsive web interfaces.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with web and mobile software development processes.
  • Background working in high-impact sectors such as telecommunications, financial services, retail, or SaaS.
  • Previous experience in startup or scale-up environments, contributing to fast-paced and innovative projects.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Greek, with a talent for explaining complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
