Mission
As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of all operational HR activities within a manufacturing environment. Acting as a trusted partner to employees, supervisors and managers, you will be responsible for delivering efficient HR services across the employee lifecycle, fostering positive employee relations, supporting workforce planning and recruitment, ensuring payroll accuracy and driving HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and operational excellence. A strong presence on the shop floor and close collaboration with production teams are essential to understanding business needs and providing proactive HR support.
You will be responsible for:
HR Operations & Administration
- Supporting all employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, internal transfers, promotions and offboarding.
- Performing HR administration activities within SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF), ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Maintaining employee records, HR master data and organizational structure updates.
- Support position management and workforce administration.
- Running monthly payroll preparation by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all payroll-related data, including hires, terminations, absences, overtime, shift allowances, salary changes, bonuses and other payroll inputs.
- Collaborating closely with Payroll providers and Finance to validate payroll data, resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with internal policies and Greek labor legislation.
- Reviewing payroll reports, performing payroll reconciliations and supporting post-payroll audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
- Administering employee benefits and support related HR processes.
- Preparing regular HR reports, KPIs, and people analytics to support business decision-making.
- Supporting internal and external HR audits.
- Participating in HR projects, process improvements and digital HR initiatives.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Conducting interviews for blue-collar positions.
- Screening CVs and evaluating candidates.
- Coordinating interviews with Hiring Managers.
- Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Liaising with recruitment agencies.
- Participating in Career Days and employer branding initiatives.
- Building relationships with Universities, Technical Schools and Vocational Institutes.
- Supporting internship and apprenticeship programs.
Employee Relations
- Maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor.
- Acting as a trusted HR contact for employees and supervisors.
- Handling day-to-day employee queries and HR requests.
- Supporting the investigation and resolution of employee concerns and complaints.
- Facilitating onboarding of new employees.
- Promoting employee engagement and a positive working environment.
- Fostering strong relationships with managers across all departments.
HR Business Support
- Supporting administration of employee benefits.
- Assisting in learning and development activities.
- Participating in employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Providing operational support to all members of the HR team according to business priorities.
Requirements
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations or HR Business Support role.
- Experience supporting employee relations activities.
- Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Good understanding of HR administration processes.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial or logistics environment will be considered a strong advantage.
- Previous exposure to blue-collar recruitment is highly desirable.
- Experience working with SAP/SF is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Greek labor legislation will be considered an advantage.

Benefits
- Gross monthly salary: €2,000–€2,300, depending on candidate's experience and seniority.
- Private health insurance (medical and pharmaceutical coverage).
- Annual performance bonus linked to both company and individual objectives. At 100% target achievement, the bonus is equivalent to approximately 1.5 months' gross salary.
- Meal allowance: €100/month in supermarket vouchers.
