The Global PR Manager at Huda Beauty will execute global PR strategies, enhance brand visibility, coordinate marketing efforts, manage media relations, and measure effectiveness of PR initiatives.

Lead US marketing to grow market share and brand awareness. Own strategy, multi-functional team management (PR/influencers, product/trade, visual merchandising, education), media and forecasting, ROI analysis, trade partnerships, and alignment with global HQ.

Lead global marketing strategy and execution for the fragrance portfolio, owning end-to-end launches and core franchise support. Translate olfactive compositions into positioning and 360° campaigns across retail, digital, social, PR, influencer, and experiential channels. Build launch toolkits, develop consumer experiences, analyze trends and performance, and manage cross-functional stakeholders to deliver timely, commercially-driven launches and localized global execution.

Lead global influencer strategy for fragrance: scout and roster creators, build relationships, design premium seeding and campaign activations, coordinate launches and events, track EMV/reach/engagement/conversion, report insights, and deepen long-term creator advocacy.

Support the Communications team with end-to-end administrative operations for PR and influencer marketing: product send-outs, influencer database upkeep, campaign tracking, reporting, and logistics. Conduct influencer research and vetting, coordinate campaign deliverables, track press coverage, and provide analytical reports to optimize influencer strategies.

Support the Field Sales & HQ Education Team across UK & EU by coordinating training kit orders and shipments, managing education supplies and logistics, arranging travel and accommodation, supporting large-scale trainings, overseeing translation and distribution of digital education content, assisting eLearning module development, managing onboarding/offboarding on platforms, and analyzing eLearning engagement data.

Lead UK/EU PR and influencer strategy to drive editorial coverage, EMV, and creator partnerships for product launches. Manage influencer community, PR agencies, and regional media relations, support events, and measure campaign performance using influencer and press analytics platforms.

Manage and grow retail partnerships (primarily Sephora) by developing account strategies, ensuring SKU/data governance, analyzing sales and inventory, coordinating retailer meetings and launches, and delivering data-driven recommendations to meet sales targets.
