Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests for IVR systems and integrated web, mobile, and API layers. Validate IVR call flows, prompts, DTMF inputs, speech recognition, and backend integrations. Build and maintain automation frameworks, analyze logs and call recordings, identify defects, and collaborate with development and product teams to ensure release quality.

Design and develop Spring Boot REST APIs and microservices, ensure code quality and testing (TDD/JUnit), collaborate with team and stakeholders, improve application stability, scalability and user experience, and work with basic frontend frameworks (React/Angular) and Git.

Perform hands-on testing of mobile games on iOS and Android, write test plans, log and communicate bugs, work independently, and apply strong attention to detail and communication skills.
