Provide L2 technical support to external merchants: assist API integrations, test interfaces (Postman), troubleshoot post-integration issues, follow runbooks, handle tickets in Jira/Bugzilla/Salesforce, and perform web/API/DB/UI testing within rotational/night shifts onsite in Hyderabad.
